Creating Value for Your Customers - A Hildegard Incubation Lab Workshop

  • Hildegard College Campus at FLDWRK 150 Paularino Avenue Costa Mesa, CA, 92626 United States (map)

Ticket Price**: General: $159 | Student: $89

  • Is there a problem in the world that you feel called to help solve?

  • Are you committed to the health of a specific community or customer?

  • Do you have an idea, product, program, or service that you want to grow into a viable organization?

  • Do you need support in identifying the specific audience that you want to serve?

If you answered yes to any of these questions, this workshop is for you. Using the framework from the book, Value Proposition Design by Alex Osterwilder et.al, we'll walk through the three aspects of a customer profile and the three features necessary to build a unique value proposition for your ideal customer.

Our goal is for you to identify your ideal customer's pains, gains, and the "jobs" they need done and then map those to pain relievers, gain creators, and products, programs, and services that your value proposition is built around.

You’ll work alongside the Hildegard College community, including our entrepreneurial arts faculty members, mentors, civic partners, and Hildegard students.

Dinner will be provided from 5:30-6:00pm.
